Features:

1. The molecules of the material move in the same direction under the action of the high-frequency magnetic field, so that the temperature of the material itself rises uniformly to 100 ~ 150ºCwithin a few seconds.The hardening time of the object is reduced to 2-10minutes.It is eliminate air bubbles inside of objects during molding procession.
2. High frequency pre-heating can remove the moisture and volatiles of the modeling material. The uniformly pre-heating could prevent blistering, stains and marks during forming process. The hardening of the formed material after processing will be very consistent. High frequency pre-heating could reduce Internal deformation, reduce defective products rate, improve product out looks, and also improve the performance of motors and machinery.
3. The melamine powder or some similar material which preheated by high-frequency pre-heating machine, will become a kind of high fluidity material. It can easily flow to every corner of the mold, which make the mold more durable and the product is easier to be formed. So the defective products rate is reduced.

How to produce melamine crockery tableware
       Step No.1:

• need to have two machine work together:
• 1)high frequency preheating machine
• 2)hydraulic strong pressure forming machine.

      Step No.2:

• design and make mold according to sample and drawing:
• 1)high melting point plastic heating mold for HF machine
• 2)aluminium forming mold for hydraulic pressure machine

      Step No.3:

• high frequency welding machine to preheat material to be certain temperature
• and then pour the material into the forming mold

      Step No.4:

• Fetch formed products from the hydraulic machine
• Polish the margin of product make it touch smooth.
